My name is Liz Willis, welcome to my website.  I can offer you a professional and confidential Counselling and Supervision service.  I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to thier ethical guidelines.  

I offer counselling to adults, children and young people and supervision to those in the counselling profession, qualified and trainee counsellors as well as those in related practitioner roles.  

Are you struggling to deal with anxiety, stress, relationship problems? Whatever your concerns are together we can look at a way to move forward. The thought of counselling can be daunting, you may have been thinking of having counselling for some time, taking the first step can be difficult, you may not have opened up to anyone about how you feel before. 
Whatever your reason for considering counselling, I offer a caring, confidential space, listening without judgement to your concerns.

If you would like an informal chat, you are welcome to contact me in confidence, I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.  

Whatever you want to talk about never think it is too insignificant to bring to counselling.
