Private practice, Wells
Counselling adults, children and young people.

My approach
My journey through extensive training and counselling work in organisations led me to start a private counselling practice in January 2013. Since then, I have gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients.
People I have worked with describe me as warm, friendly and approachable, and as someone who helps them feel at ease.
I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means I use a variety of counselling approaches to suit your unique needs.
Person-Centred Therapy (PCT): This approach focuses on your thoughts and feelings, not the counsellor’s. I am not here to give you advice or tell you what to do but to help you explore and make sense of your concerns.
Creative Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT helps us understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. By identifying the thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs that contribute to specific challenges, we can work together to develop healthier, more realistic perspectives that allow for a more positive and creative outlook on life.
Single Session Therapy (SST) Single Session Therapy can address many of the same issues as other forms of counselling but focuses on immediate results. From the very first moment, we’ll work together to help you take away actionable insights and tools to address the issue you’ve chosen to discuss. SST is designed to make a meaningful difference in one session, but additional support is always available if needed.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to its ethical framework.
