Children & young people

A relaxed space where feelings can be expressed safely.

I work with children, teenagers and young people in private practice, drawing on extensive experience in schools and student mental health support.

Support that feels approachable

Not every feeling is easy to put into words.

I use creative, cognitive and symbolic techniques such as writing and drawing to encourage children, teenagers and young people to express their emotions and feelings in a relaxed and informal way.

My experience includes more than 11 years as a secondary school counsellor working with students aged 11–16, alongside work as a specialist mental health mentor supporting university students.
