Counselling

A place to explore what may be holding you back.

Counselling, also known as talking therapy, provides a space where we can explore your thoughts and feelings and help you make the changes needed to move forward.

Working at your pace

Change is never easy, and taking the first step can feel daunting.

You might want to change a situation, make sense of the past, or release its hold on you. I will be here to support and encourage you, always working at your own pace.

At the core of my work is Person-Centred Therapy, which places you at the centre of the counselling process. I am not here to give you advice or tell you what to do, but to help you explore and make sense of your concerns.
