I offer individual and group supervision to qualified counsellors, counsellors in training, and other relevant professional practitioners. Sessions are available face-to-face, via Zoom/Skype, or by telephone.

I hold a Professional Diploma in Supervision and bring over 11 years of experience as a secondary school counsellor and a counsellor in private practice, working with adults, children, and young people.

I will offer you a safe space where our joint journey will begin, and where our common vulnerability is accepted. I will give you the time and space you need for reflection and development, listening and supporting you as you grow, paying attention to your needs, and encouraging you as you develop your abilities and confidence. I offer a relaxed environment where we will build a trusting relationship, where you feel at ease and open without any judgment, and where we have the freedom to explore your experiences with clients.

Our supervision time will be a collaborative experience. We will work together to examine insight and empathy in your work with your clients. I will help ensure that the way you are working is professional, safe, and ethical. We will look together at your workload, and I will help you recognize the signs of burnout and work overload, as well as the importance of looking after yourself. By looking after your own needs, you are better able to help the people you work with.

Ethical Standards

I adhere to BACP ethical standards and recognize 1.5 hours of supervision per month as a minimum requirement for counselling, psychotherapy, and related professions.

Fees

​

• FREE 20-minute initial appointment (via Zoom/Phone) to discuss supervision and see if we are a good fit.

• £60.00 per 1.5-hour session.

• £50.00 per 1.5-hour session for counsellors in training and students in related professions.

• Group supervision fees are available upon request.
